These terms summarize the account terms for the Novalgo portal and the separate NovaPulse software license terms shown in the portal before license request or download.

Account Terms

Creating an account gives you access to the Novalgo portal. It does not itself grant a license to use NovaPulse.

• Novalgo is a brand of Pelilo AB (org. nr 556737-7030).
• You confirm that your account details are accurate and that you will keep your login credentials secure.
• Novalgo provides software and portal services. Creating an account does not create a financial advice, brokerage, portfolio management, or custody relationship.
• We process account information under our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.

NovaPulse Software License

Before requesting a NovaPulse license or downloading the software, users must accept the current software license agreement in the portal.

• The license is personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable.
• You may use NovaPulse only for trading on accounts you control for your own account.
• You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, or provide the software for third-party use.
• NovaPulse is software, not financial advice, portfolio management, brokerage, or custody.
• You remain responsible for your broker account, cTrader environment, settings, risk limits, connectivity, and permission to trade in your jurisdiction.
• CFD, forex, leverage, and automated trading can cause substantial losses. Past results and examples do not guarantee future results.
